Grace Smith House: Wish List
A reminder that the guild has resumed collecting items to be donated to the Grace Smith House shelter, as Kathy Eberlein announced at the November meeting. . It not difficult to imagine the pleasure and comfort these gifts would provide.
FOR THE SHELTERS:
Twin size sheets
Towels and Wash Cloths
Pillows (new) and Pillow Cases
Batteries: AA , C, D Cell and 9-Volt
Kitchen supplies: can openers, utensils, dishware, mixing/serving bowls, roasting pans
Baby things – diapers (esp. sizes 4-5-6), wipes, pull-ups, formula, baby monitors, night lights, drinking cups
Office supplies – pens, pencils, scissors, staplers, hole-punchers, push-pins, paper clips, note pads
FOR THE CHILDREN:
Hats, Gloves, Mittens, Scarves
Art Supplies – Play-Doh, drawing and construction paper, paints and brushes, colored pencils, markers, glitter, glue, coloring books
School Supplies – backpacks, lunch boxes, binders, notebooks, folders, pens, pencils, glue, rulers, scissors, calculators
Craft Kits for Teens
Dolls: Barbies, “baby” dolls, rag dolls, life size dolls, ethnically representative dolls
Kids’ Videos and DVDs
Baseballs, footballs, soccer balls, tennis balls, baseball mitts
